Payment Methods

Modifying or Canceling Orders

Order Status "Unfulfilled"

Seeing "Unfulfilled" means we've received your order successfully. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number, and your status will change to "Fulfilled."

Return Process

If your purchase doesn't meet expectations, get in touch within 60 days of receiving it for a full refund. Contact Customer Support with your order number and reason for return to initiate the process. Note: Shipping charges aren't refundable.
